US Has Decided to Launch Operations Against Iran, Warns Iranian Military Vowing Limitless Retaliation and Attacks on US Bases

TEHRAN: The Iranian military has stated that it has made a serious escalation claim alleging that reports on the United States’ decision to launch hostilities against Iran were confirmed in a joint meeting in a European country.

In a televised briefing, Iranian military spokesman Ebrahim Zolfaghari warned that if the US military launched an attack, Iran would directly hit US military bases across the region. No limits will be put on “painful strikes” he threatened.

Zolfaghari also warned that any country that helps the United States in their operations against Iran will be regarded as an accomplice. He claimed Washington is trying to paper over its setbacks and pretend to achieve success by confrontation with Tehran.

Mohsen Rezaei, head of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council, meanwhile, in another high-level interview said Iran will retaliate against the US’ attacks on the Iranian economy by attacking American economic interests. American drilling, commercial, and business activities, as well as US vessels anywhere in the world, will become “legitimate targets,” said Rezaei.

Rezaei pointed out that any attempt to attack the Iranian economy will bring direct response from the Iranian economy against the American economy. He noted Tehran’s military progress, announcing Iran has made hypersonic missiles’ speed gain from Mach 6 to Mach 10, while also strengthening its defense and electronic warfare force.

In his closing remarks, Rezaei strongly called on the Arab nations to stop the US from using their respective territory for taking action against Iran.
