US Dollar Sees Slight Decline on the First Business Day of the Week Across Local Currency Markets
KARACHI : The US Dollar saw a slight decline on the foreign exchange markets during the first day of the business week, with the dollar marking further declines in foreign exchange rates.
“In the open market, the US dollar has dropped down by Rs23.9, closing at Rs279 and 7 paisas, as per the market details,” the report said.
Interbank Market Rates
In the interbank market, however, the US dollar saw a nominal drop to Rs 277 and 22 paisa in the end. Minor fluctuations continue as usual business activities get underway for the new business week, according to currency dealers.
