LAHORE: There are no reliefs for the residents of Lahore as well as other parts of Punjab from unannounced and forced power load shedding, who are getting affected by the power outages throughout the whole night in various areas under Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) region.
Harsh load shedding affects the LESCO region as night falls, as the power cuts are more frequent and consumers are experiencing more technical issues, according to sources. In different urban areas, forced load shedding is taking place sporadically for 30 minutes up to one hour. Meanwhile, the reports from rural and border area are showing that unannounced load shedding is now being imposed for a full hour after each hour of supply.
