Trump Threatens Oman with Attack Over Interference in the Strait of Hormuz
WASHINGTON: United States President Donald Trump has issued a warning to Oman, stating that if Oman interferes in US efforts within the Strait of Hormuz, it will face a military strike.
Donald Trump, in an interview with the U.S. media, said the U.S. administration has set up a direct line of communication with the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC).
Trump said that the U.S. still has a lot of arms here, and the arms that they have used so far are a “very small percentage” of the nation’s military capabilities. The US President has also said that the US has a huge stockpile of mid-range weaponry.
Note that U.S. President Donald Trump had also made a similar threat of attack against Oman back in May.
