Security Forces Foil Terrorist Blockade Attempt in Kharan, Balochistan
KHARAN: In Kharan district of Balochistan, the country’s security forces have successfully foiled an attempt by terrorists to blockade an area they had set up without permission in the district as part of the ongoing counter-terrorism operations under Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad-3.
Security sources said security forces had effectively cut off all the escape routes for the terrorists from Fitna-al-Hindustan.
SATCOP (Search and Clearance Operations)
Military and law enforcement contingents are deployed in several areas of Kharan with the military and law enforcement conducting intensive search/clearance operations to locate the running militants, security sources said.
Authorities repeated that the security forces were resolute and determined to uproot the threat of terror from Balochistan off its roots.
