ISLAMABAD: In a landmark recognition of corporate governance and operational integrity, the Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) has clinched the first position among 104 listed companies in the latest evaluation report released by Transparency International Pakistan for 2026.
According to an official OGDCL spokesperson, the company earned an outstanding overall score of 92.71 percent in corporate transparency, accountability, and reporting standards, outperforming peers across the national corporate sector.

Flawless Anti-Corruption and Transparency Scores:
OGDCL achieved a 100 percent score in anti-corruption programs, organizational transparency, and domestic financial reporting.
Excellence in Inclusion and Procurement
The company also secured 100 percent scores in gender equality, non-discrimination, and disability inclusion, as well as in the procurement sector concerning government contracts and tenders.
Corporate Responsibility and ESG Standards
OGDCL recorded 81.25 percent in human rights and corporate responsibility, alongside a 75 percent score in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting.
