No More Differences; We Will Maintain Cordial Relations With All Provinces and Launch Indiscriminate Anti-Encroachment Operations, States KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi
PESHAWAR: While addressing the issue of political differences, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi of KP has stated that he had decided to set aside the differences and work hard for the establishment of good cooperation among all the federating units, which is the responsibility of the KP government to create national harmony.
In a meeting with the media in Peshawar, Governor Kundi said that the province was going to be systematically cleaned up and added that no discrimination will be shown while demolishing illegal encroachments. He emphasized that any kind of political pressure or the recommendations of influential people would not be taken into consideration with regards to anti-encroachment drives.

Zero Tolerance for Encroachments: Kundi said illegal structures throughout the province will be identified right away, a comprehensive report on wheat will be completed and followed up on, and there will be a strict rule of the road all across the city.
Development Projects and Public Welfare: The Governor assured that developmental projects for the common man will be pushed to completion and if any person is found responsible for delayed project or a project over which corruption is alleged, he will be held accountable stringently. He further said that the closed road will be reopened in front of Peshawar High Court.
Power Sector Challenges: Kundi said efforts were ongoing to address the serious load shedding in the power sector. He said the days of electricity theft have passed and wondered how the generation can be maintained if billing recoveries are not picked up and restated that the province didn’t have any current differences or disputes with the federal government.
