Nine Khawarij Terrorists, Including Four Commanders, Killed in North Waziristan Security Operation; Prime Minister Praises Forces

NORTH WAZIRISTAN : In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district, security forces have successfully neutralised nine terrorists in a series of intelligence-based operations (IBOs).

The security sources say it took place in the context of the current framework, Azm-e-Iست استحکام, in Palangzai, Nadeem Kot and Kot Khuzri. The successful negotiations led to four high-profile terrorist commanders being sent to hell: Khawarij Khalid Raza, Kamran, Musa and Maftoom and five others. A large stockpile of weapons, ammunition and explosives was also seized from the dead terrorists.

The key highlights of the IBOs are as follows:
Four high-level militant commanders carrying out attacks in the region were neutralized with five associated militants.

During the clearance operations after the gunfights, a lot of heavy weapons and ammunition were recovered by security personnel.

The Prime Minister’s Commendation: PM Shehbaz Sharif expressed his appreciation to the security forces for their successful counter-terrorism operation, highlighting the professionalism, bravery, and tactical skills of the officers and soldiers.

Unwavering Resolve: The Prime Minister said that operations against Fitna al-Khawari in North Waziristan are an evidence of Pakistan’s determination to stamp out terrorism, adding that it will never allow any external elements to sow discord and chaos in the country.
