Meteorological Department Predicts Rain and Thunderstorms in Karachi for September 14 and 15 Amid Intense Heat
KARACHI : The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted more rains will fall in Karachi along with gusty winds and thunderstorms on September 14 and 15.
A new weather condition over the Bay of Bengal is strengthening and it is expected to develop into a depression, meteorological analysts said. It is believed that this pattern will allow heavy rainfall to occur in all the districts and over Karachi from the next week onwards.

Presently it is situated over the low-pressure area of the weather system located over the northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining coastal region of Odisha and is expected to move further westwards.
Karachi is expected to get extremely hot and humid for the next two days before the rain is expected, the weather office has warned.
