Malaysian Home Minister Visits NADRA Headquarters, Praises Digital System

ISLAMABAD: The Minister of Home Affairs Saifuddin Nasution bin Ismail and State Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and HRD Talal Chaudhry visited the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) headquarters.

During the visit, the Chairman of NADRA, Lieutenant General Muhammad Munir Afsar gave a detailed presentation on the authority’s cutting-edge digital infrastructure, initiatives for digitalization, and people-centric service delivery mechanisms.

Award for technological innovation
NADRA’s use of modern technology to modernize the public service and improve administrative efficiency was appreciated by the Malaysian Home Minister, who described the visit as very encouraging. He added that the digital capabilities of NADRA are a testament to the high technological expertise of Pakistan and efficient service delivery of the public sector.

The visitors visited and observed different departments of the headquarters and the operational procedures and digital registration systems.
