Iran Launches Retaliatory Missile and Drone Strikes on US Bases in UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan
TEHRAN: The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has said it has carried out “coordinated” retaliatory strikes on American military bases throughout the region with Iranian missiles and drones, including casualties among American personnel.
The Iranian military said dozens of the drones were used to hit radar stations and the locations of US military forces in Al Dhafra and Al Minhad air bases in the United Arab Emirates.

In the large-scale drone operations, IRGC said that Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain was targeted, where they said radar stations and staging points were targeted.
In addition, numerous missiles and drones were fired at the Ali Al Salem Air Base command center in Kuwait, landing on and destroying target areas, a drone maintenance hangar and successfully destroying several American drones.
Justification and Compensation for Civilian Casualties
In a statement, the IRGC claimed that the retaliatory actions were conducted in response to recent U.S. airstrikes which targeted innocent civilians and a wedding celebration.
Jordanian troops meanwhile said they have been intercepting incoming threats, as they confirmed that several ballistic missiles has entered the country’s airspace, with the air defense system intercepting several projectiles and others have landed in remote areas.
IRGC said it had dealt huge damage to the US military in Jordan, adding that the US will be severely punished for its military escalations.
