Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi to Visit Iran Today, Iranian Foreign Ministry Clarifies He Is Not Carrying Any US Message
ISLAMABAD:Pakistani Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi will hold high-level consultations on bilateral affairs and regional cooperation on Pakistan’s official visit to Iran today.
During a press briefing, Iranian FM Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said that the talks would cover broad areas of mutual interest between Pakistan and Iran.
To clarify the message from the United States
When asked about the reason of the visit, the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman made it clear that there is no information or indication that Mohsin Naqvi is taking any message from the United States.
Baghaei reiterated the visit will be bilateral and will be used to enhance the cooperation between the two neighboring countries in the field of diplomacy and security.
