The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially announced the nominees for the “Player of the Month” award for July 2026. West Indies all-rounder Justin Greaves has been named in the squad due to his outstanding performance, along with England’s white-ball skipper Harry Brook and Bangladesh’s opener Tanzid Hasan. In July, Justin Greaves had outstanding outings against Sri Lanka and Pakistan. He has been a key figure in the West Indies’ 1-0 series win over Sri Lanka in the two-match series, with a fantastic 180 in the first Test. Harry Brook of England was nominated after a stellar batting performance in the T20I series against India, contributing 229 runs in five matches with an average of 114.50 and strike rate of 214.01, and winning the Player of the Series title. Bangladesh batsman Tanzid Hasan found his form in the white-ball format, as he was the top scorer in the ODI series with 159 runs and the T20Is with 140 runs.
