Evidence of Billions in Corruption Discovered Against Sohail Afridi, Asserts KP Information Advisor Samar Haroon Bilour; Alleges Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s Close Associates Also Linked to Graft Scandals
PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Samar Haroon Bilour has said that concrete evidence has been found of the multibillion rupee corruption of Sohail Afridi, which will be released soon with a formal charge sheet.
However, addressing a press conference in Peshawar, Samar Haroon Bilour said that evidence of corruption against Sohail Afridi is being compiled systematically, which will be presented in a comprehensive manner with a detailed charge sheet.

She alleged that close associates of Maulana Fazlur Rehman are also having their names linked to ongoing alleged corruption scandals.Targeting Past PDM Era Corruption: Bilour also explained that even the time of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) there were such financial irregularities which were going on with the individuals who were on the side of Maulana Fazlur Rehman and the provincial government will put the effort to expose and break these networks of corruption.
