Development Agenda of Azad Kashmir Will Be Advanced: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif
ISLAMABAD: Under the vision and guidance of the leader Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, the agenda of Azad Kashmir’s development and public prosperity will be aggressively pursued, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister made these remarks while holding a meeting with Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Engineer Amir Muqam who had called on him at Islamabad.
Development Projects and Elections (Briefing)
In the meeting, the Federal Minister in detail briefed the Prime Minister about issues related to Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan including the current development projects and public welfare programmes.
Col. Sharifi also informed the premier about the recent elections in Azad Kashmir. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has praised Engineer Amir Muqam for his performance and efforts related to successful conduct and management of the electoral process.

In reiterating the government’s priority, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif pointed out that the welfare, development, and prosperity of the people of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are always in the government’s focus and all possible measures would be continued to be taken to attain these.
