Bahrain Welcomes Historic Defense Agreement between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
Bahrain has shown great interest and welcomed the defense cooperation agreement recently signed between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey in Makkah.
Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, who spoke to the Foreign Office spokesperson, called Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on the phone to convey official congratulations on the historic Makkah defense pact and praise this significant geopolitical landmark.
Dr. Al Zayani shared his wish of conducting an official visit to Pakistan in the near future during the talk. Senator Ishaq Dar expressed his eagerness to receive the visit and expressed gratitude to his Bahraini counterpart for his warm feelings and diplomatic support.
In this regard, Senator Dar reiterated Pakistan’s position that it is steadfast in promoting dialogue and diplomacy for sustainable peace and stability in the region and the world. The Foreign Office spokesperson said that Pakistan always believes in dialogue, diplomacy and peaceful means for attaining lasting regional security.
