Jinnah House Attack Case: Anti-Terrorism Court Extends PTI Leader Hammad Azhar’s Physical Remand by 7 Days
LAHORE: A Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has extended the physical remand of former federal minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Hammad Azhar in the case of Jinnah House attack by seven days.
Highlighted accused has been produced before the anti-terrorism court after a successful culmination of his earlier 21-day physical remand under strict security measures.

During the hearing, the investigation officer and prosecution team formally sought the court’s permission to remand PTI leader for another 14 days for continuation of their investigation:
Crucial Evidence: The prosecution has stated that the personal phone and the personal SIM card recovered from Hammad Azhar are important electronic evidence in order to investigate the conspiracy behind the riots, and therefore they must be maintained.
Court Verdict: The ATC granted him a seven-day extension in his physical remand after a thorough consideration of the arguments advanced by both the sides, directing police to produce him before the court when the period is over.
