Pakistan and Russia Agree to Continue Cooperation in Key Sectors
ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar met the Ambassador of the Russian Federation Albert Khorev and discussed the developments in bilateral relations between the two parties and highlighted the need for diplomatic mechanisms and further talks for peace and stability in the region.
In the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister noted the positive development and progress in the bilateral relations between Pakistan and Russia. He highlighted the importance of fostering cooperation in specific areas and strengthening high-level contacts and meetings to further enhance the bilateral relationship.

In this instance, the Deputy Prime Minister reiterated Pakistan’s principled and long standing position that dialogue and diplomacy are the only tools available that can solve the conflicts, bridge the differences and promote sustainable peace and stability in the region.
