TEHRAN: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has confirmed Israel’s active mobilisation to sabotage the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding.
Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, in his address at the event in Tehran, said the United States’ dream of putting Iran under an unconditional surrender has not come true, and the resistance of the Iranian people has thwarted the enemy’s attempts to meet its goals.

Abbas Araghchi said efforts to stir up division and change of regime in Iran also failed and that soon after the outbreak of the war, the enemy had asked for negotiations, but Iran had readily accepted the offer of a ceasefire and talks on its own terms.
He highlighted that Iran had been strong and confident in negotiations, most of the clauses of the agreed deal had been in its favour. This diplomatic success is not the Foreign Ministry’s or any individual’s but of the people of Iran,” he added.
In addition, he said power is still the key to any country in this modern era and Iran’s missile capability was one of the main points in their struggle with the United States and Israel.
