US Dollar Drops Sharply in Pakistan’s Open Market

US Dollar Registers Sharp Decline in Open Market

The value of the US dollar witnessed a decrease of 50 paisas in Pakistan’s open market.

The Exchange Companies Association reported a 50 paisa drop in the dollar in the open market, which now trades at 279.61 rupees.

At the same time, there was a minor decline of one paisa in the interbank market. The State Bank of Pakistan reported that the dollar was trading at 277.70 rupees in interbank market.
