Another May 9 Will Not Be Allowed; PTI Long March Involves Armed Individuals and Serves Enemy Conspiracy, States Minister Hanif Abbasi

ISLAMABAD: Fed up of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) orchestrating their current long march, Federal Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi has made serious allegations against the party that they had hired armed people on their march.

Hanif Abbasi at the press conference in the Pakistani capital Islamabad said PTI was pushed to the fore under a particular agenda to create unrest and if the incidents of May 9 are repeated, it would not be allowed at all. He presented photos of the alleged presence of armed people in the march; no main political party has ever resorted to attacking state institutions.

Hanif Abbasi’s Press Conference has a bunch of key takeaways.
Armed Presence: The Federal Minister had made allegations of ‘Armed Participants’ being embedded within the ‘Long March’ of the PTI, calling in question who the party is working for.

Foreign and Regional Accusations: Abbasi alleged that the agitation pursued by opposition groups was being orchestrated by some of the groups from neighbouring areas who were exporting terror.

In a call to action for KP citizens, Abbasi reminded the people what the conditions were like before the historic counter-terrorism operations that were conducted in Swat, and reiterated the federal government’s full solidarity with the people of KP.
