Security Forces Eliminate 5 Fitna al-Khwarij Terrorists in Intelligence-Based Operation in Khyber’s Bara Area, Recover Heavy Arms
KHYBER : Pakistan’s security forces have effectively dismantled five terrorists of the Fitna al-Khwarij in Azm-e-Istehkam’s overall vision to neutralize terrorists in KP, Pakistan.
Security sources said they carried out a well-targeted intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Bara area of Khyber district, which located active militant hideout.
Key Operational Details and RecoveriesTargeted Engagement: The security forces closely observed actionable intelligence about the militant activities and managed to deal a blow to the hostile elements by killing five khwarij terrorists during the engagement. The weapons and hideouts must be destroyed.
Many of the dead militants’ inventory of heavy weapons, automatic guns and ammunition was recovered and their hiding places were torched in the clearance sweep.
