Four Persons Killed in Indiscriminate Firing on Car in Larkana, Sindh Chief Minister Takes Notice
LARKANA : Four persons were killed and others injured in a tragic incident in broad daylight on a moving car by unidentified armed motorcyclists at Lahori Mohalla in Larkana within the premises of Civil Lines police station.
Initial police reports indicate the shooters were able to get away from the scene unchecked shortly after the shooting. Police and rescue personnel immediately hurried to the scene and took the injured to Chandka Medical College Hospital which is the Trauma Centre.
There have also been closed circuit video recordings of some of the armed assault, leading to police conducting formal investigation sweeps.According to the investigation from Ongoing Community Dispute, the deadly attack was to settle the longstanding conflict between tribal members from two different factions of the Khokhar community from Mirwah village of Naudero.
Police are searching for the perpetrators of the killings.Syed Murad Ali Shah, Chief Minister of Sindh, immediately took notice of the brutal killings and directed the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh for a comprehensive report.
The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of maintaining law and order, and asked the police authorities to quickly arrest the accused persons who were involved in the attack.
