6 “Fitna al-Hindostan” Terrorists Eliminated and 9 Suspects Arrested in Security Forces Operation in Saran Tangi, Balochistan
QUETTA : The security forces under Operation Shaban II have managed to neutralize six terrorists who belonged to “Fitna al-Hindostan” network through an intelligence led operation in Saran Tangi area of Balochistan.
The forces took action, according to security sources, on the basis of credible information, to target the terrorist hiding place. During the battle, a massive quantity of heavy weapons, ammunition and explosive materials was recovered from the hands of the slain militants and nine other suspicious persons arrested for questioning. The counter-terrorism (CT) sweeps in the province will not be halted until militant threats have been completely eliminated from the province, officials said again.
It is worth noting that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has praised the security forces in this regard.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid high tribute to the security forces for their successful activities in Balochistan. He appreciated the gallantry and professionalism of soldiers in repelling the evil designs of anti-state elements.
The entire nation is united in supporting the courageous efforts of its security forces and the Prime Minister said that Operation Shaban II will proceed with all its momentum till the complete eradication of terrorism in our land.

Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi also expressed his commendation to the security forces for having liquidated the six terrorists, noting the operational readiness and tactical precision they had shown in the raid.
