Downward Trend in Gold Prices Continues Across Pakistan as Per Tola Rate Decreases
KARACHI: Gold prices continue to move downward, in both domestic and foreign markets, showing continued adjustments of precious metal values.The price of 24 karat gold per tola has gone down by Rs2,700 countrywide and reached Rs457,536, according to All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association.
According to market notifiers, 10-gram gold has fallen by Rs2,315 to Rs392,263 while 10-gram 925 silver has slipped by Rs35 to Rs19,250. The price of silver per tola was unchanged at Rs7,100 meanwhile.Internationally, the gold price saw a slight correction, losing $27 to settle at $4,350 per ounce.
