Report Reveals Three Cases and One FIA Inquiry Against Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, IHC Disposes of Petition
ISLAMABAD: A formal finding on the criminal cases against the sisters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Nawfal Hussain Khan, Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, has been filed in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
The Islamabad High Court heard the petition which was asking for the complete details of cases registered against two sisters. Justice Shahrukh Arjumand presided over judicial proceedings.

An official report presented during the hearing revealed that there have been a total of three cases registered against Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan in the limits of the Islamabad capital territory.
The government prosecutor told the bench that as per the new records till date, the three police cases and another one under investigation by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) are all the cases registered against them in Islamabad.
The Petition is dismissed by the Court.
The High Court said that it had taken into consideration the core prayer of the petitioner and that has been done on record. As a result, the bench dismissed the petition formally.
The petition was originally filed by citizen Shahreiz Khan through Barrister Salman Safdar back in October 2024, amidst the arrest and detention of the two sisters.
