Petrol and Diesel Prices Increased Again; New Notification Issued
ISLAMABAD: The federal government has issued an official notification announcing another hike in the prices of petroleum products. According to the notification released by the Petroleum Division, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs2.84 per litre, while high-speed diesel (HSD) has gone up by Rs2.28 per litre.
Following this upward adjustment, the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs349.00 per litre, while diesel will now cost Rs374.31 per litre.
The Petroleum Division’s notification specifies that these revised rates for petrol and diesel will remain applicable for one day, effective September 4, 2026.
