Crude Oil Prices Rise Over One Percent in Global Markets Following US-Iran Escalation
LONDON : Early trading hours saw another push of over one per cent after the military exchanges between the United States and Iran, as global crude oil prices rose further.
Brent crude futures increased 87 cents, 0.92 per cent, to $95.52 per barrel, news agencies reported.
WTI Crude Gains
In addition, U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude prices rose by 80 cents, or 0.89 percent, to reach $91.02 per barrel as the stability and energy supply route in the region continue to be a concern.
