Britain and France Announce Increased Military Aid for Ukraine
PARIS: Britain and France have agreed a “significant escalation” of their military aid to Ukraine to strengthen its defenses amid continuing Russian assaults on the eastern Ukrainian city of Kiev.
A new cooperation agreement will see precision strike military technology supplied by the UK to help Ukraine make long-range missiles. In the meantime, France has focused on the swift delivery of its advanced air defence missiles to guard Ukraine’s airspace.
